How to unlock your phone questions answered.
Unlocking your phone with Unlock Phone SIM is quick and simple! Just select the carrier your device is locked to and enter your IMEI number. For Android devices, an unlock code will be provided, while iPhone devices are unlocked remotely by whitelisting your IMEI in the provider's IMEI database.
Once your payment is processed, you'll receive an order confirmation with tracking details. After the unlock process is successfully completed, we’ll send you an email confirmation.
Your IMEI is a unique identification number that all devices have which is usually 15 digits long. You can find your IMEI by going into Settings > General > About Screen or by dialling *#06# using the keypad.
All you need is a WIFI or 3G/4G connection and the new sim card for the carrier of your choice. Alternatively, if you do not have an internet connection, using your PC you can connect your iPhone to iTunes using a USB cable which will allow the unlock to be applied automatically through the IMEI server.
